What does your quartet wear? What will this cost me? Can you play outdoors? Do I need to choose the music? How long will you play? Should we meet in person before the performance? What equipment will you need? We traditionally wear black, but if you have a specific preference, let us know! Our rates vary, based on travel distance, duration, and type of performance. Please call us to discuss! Need to pay with a credit card? We can do that! Sure! However, please remember that we can’t play in a drizzle or in direct sunlight - water and sunlight are bad for the instruments. As long as you want! Better make it at least an hour, though - we have to charge at least one hour of time, even if we play less. We’ll need four chairs without arms and a space about 9’ by 9’. Relax. We’ve played a bunch of weddings and receptions, and we know what people generally like to hear. That said, it’s your event, and if you have specific ideas of things you want to have us play, just let us know! Only if you want to. We’re fine making all the arrangements over the phone, but if you want to have a little face time before your event, we can do that.
